Anchoring the downtown business of Seward is the historic Seward County Courthouse, a landmark with an old-fashioned feel, which provides ample lawn space for the twice-weekly Farmer’s Market. From June to October many vendors set up shop on the square, selling luscious homegrown produce, homemade pies, pastries, breads, jellies and other goodies.

Locally owned Pac ‘N’ Save grocery is also located in Seward. Locally owned grocery stores can be found in Milford and Utica, as well as several unique shops, services and banks which accommodate citizens and visitors alike.
